Legal Documents
The RynMag Li includes all basic legislation such as the Occupational Health & Safety Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, The Mine Health and Safety Act, Consumer Protection Act as well as all the Regulations and Amendments pertaining to these Acts. All legislative appointment documents applicable in terms of the legislation are included as word documents for easy editing and use.
Documents Required
A list of documents required to prove the existence of a Occupational Health Safety Management System and to prove that it is being maintained.
Good standing Reports
These are the documents issued by the various government departments upon the registration of your employees and or other matters such as VAT registration etc.
Employment Contract
The Employment contract could be amended to your liking but would adhere to the basic requirements as stipulated by Legislation.
Policies
There are copies of various standard policies such as a Health & Safety Policy which could also be changed to your requirements.
Induction Documentation
The proof of the Induction of all your personnel should be documented. This document contains all aspects to be covered in an Induction document and again can be altered.
Safety toolbox Talks
There are more than 50 basic Safety Toolbox Talks included in the System each with it's own attendance register. These could be printed, and then filed once conducted.
Inspection Documentation
There are various inspections which have to be conducted for your Occupational Health & Safety Management. These include Fire Fighting Equipment, Tools, Air conditioners, First Aid Boxes and all basic Equipment such as vehicles. The RynMag Li includes all these and many more as well as blank documents to be completed for new inspections. Just print the required documents and file for use as required.
Task Based Risk Assessment Process
This document describes the process to be followed when compiling a risk Assessment for various tasks. This document would give an overview as a revision for the compilation of the Risk Assessment by a competent person.
Hazard Identified Risk Assessment
These are HIRA's conducted as a standard for certain tasks, perceived by RynMag as being applicable for a Light Industrial Concern. the following are included: Use of Angle Grinder, Bench Grinder, Lifting Equipment, Drilling, Arc Welding, Pouring of Ready Mixed Concrete etc. There are more than 30 HIRA's included.
Emergency Plan
This document describes how to plan for emergencies on your own and client premises inclusive of all telephone numbers and procedures in case of emergency.
Waste Management
This is a basic Procedure for the handling of all waste inclusive of the Hazardous Waste such as Asbestos and specific waste materials such as lead, glass and paper.
Personal Protective Equipment
The documentation for the distribution as well as policy are included for the use for individual personnel's Personal Protective Equipment.
Incident Reporting
The required documentation for the reporting, grading as well as investigation of Incidents inclusive of all government documentation such as WCL2, WCL3 and more.
Safe Operating Procedures

Safe Operating Guidelines
